Working with high-quality textile products **EXPERIENCED SEWING OPERATOR REQUIRED** **Walabi Baby Carriers** is looking to add an **expert sewing operator** to its team, with proven experience in high-quality garment production. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Full assembly of **ergonomic baby carriers**. * Proper and efficient operation of **industrial sewing machines**: * Straight-stitch machine * Overlock machine * Working with various fabric types (woven and knitted fabrics). * Attention to detail and **excellent seam finishing**. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * **Minimum 3 years of proven experience** as a sewing operator. * Proficiency in manual or automatic straight-stitch and overlock industrial machines. * Experience producing **high-demand, high-quality textile products**. * **Interns, apprentices, and trainees are not accepted**. * Responsible, punctual, and honest individual. * Commitment to work and positive attitude. * **Immediate availability**. **WORK SCHEDULE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)** * Monday to Saturday. * From **09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.** * **Full-time position**. **WE OFFER** * Starting salary from **S/1,800**. * Salary increase based on performance (**may exceed S/2,500**). * Formal payroll registration. * Job stability and opportunity for growth. **ABOUT THE WORKSHOP** We are a small workshop with an orderly and pleasant work environment.
