What do we need? Minimum 5 years of experience administering Windows and Linux servers (BOTH) Application deployment and installation Log review and technical troubleshooting Advanced SQL Server expertise: Query optimization | Stored Procedures | Performance tuning | Execution plans | Blocking and active sessions | SQL Profiler Experience working with agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum or similar) Jira proficiency Participation in testing, configuration, and post-implementation support Cloud experience (Azure preferred) Desirable: Middleware or integration knowledge Confluence/technical documentation Intermediate English Benefits: 100% remote work — candidates must reside within Peru.
