Today, we want you to be part of our team! We are looking for a SEWING SUPERVISOR for our plant in Independencia. REQUIREMENTS: Preferably a technical graduate in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within textile companies. Knowledge of sewing operations, interpretation of technical sheets, and pattern making. Immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage sample sewing processes according to technical specifications and ensure completion of sample costing, thereby guaranteeing adherence to scheduling and customer approval. Coordinate production priorities with immediate supervisors and communicate changes in sample scheduling to optimize time and resource management. Review sample technical specifications to ensure their correct application during garment construction and prevent production errors. Request materials (threads, trimmings, accessories, and other necessary supplies) from the corresponding sewing department or assistant to ensure continuity of the sewing process and adherence to scheduled deadlines. Assign and supervise workload for subordinates, ensuring compliance with the production schedule according to both customer and company technical specifications. Analyze products rejected by quality control, identify root causes, and define corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Supervise and verify the recording of modifications to technical sheets in logbooks to track changes made by the DDP analyst. Evaluate execution times for requested sewing processes to determine feasibility of internal completion or outsourcing to an external supplier. Coordinate dispatch of garments to the next process according to the established routing, ensuring continuity of the production flow. Coordinate with Product Development analysts to record any additional operations on technical sheets in the logbook, ensuring technical consistency and garment reproducibility.
