We are looking for new talent for the position of SPC Flooring and Wall Panel Installation Supervisor; details are provided below: **Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure correct execution of SPC flooring and wall panel installation work, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, safety, and customer satisfaction. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Installation Management** * Supervise correct installation of **SPC flooring, baseboards, and wall panels** according to technical specifications. * Verify that the work area meets appropriate conditions for installation (leveling, humidity, cleanliness, etc.). * Coordinate installation scheduling with sales and logistics departments. * Monitor execution timelines for each project. **Personnel Supervision** * Supervise installation technicians and assistants. * Assign tasks and verify adherence to installation procedures. * Train staff on best installation practices. **Material Control** * Verify delivered materials match those specified in the work order. * Report shortages, damages, or product inconsistencies. * Monitor proper use of materials and tools. **Quality and Customer Service** * Ensure installation quality prior to customer handover. * Resolve incidents occurring during the installation process. * Maintain communication with the customer throughout the installation process. **Administrative Management** * Prepare construction or installation progress reports. * Report incidents, rework, or additional requirements. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for material dispatch. **Safety** * Verify compliance with safety regulations during installations. * Ensure proper use of equipment and tools. **Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Technical degree in construction, architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or related fields. * Courses in flooring or finishing installation (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum **2–3 years** supervising flooring, cladding, or finishing installations. * Specific experience with **SPC flooring, laminates, vinyls, or wall panels**. **Technical Knowledge** * Installation processes for **SPC flooring and wall cladding**. * Basic blueprint reading. * Quality control for finishes. * Basic Excel or reporting skills.
