




Job Summary: GLASSTEMPCORR is seeking an SST Supervisor to develop, implement, and monitor occupational safety and health policies, prevent accidents, and maintain a safe working environment. We are currently seeking an: SST SUPERVISOR WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Graduate, technical diploma holder, or bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience in similar roles. • Strong analytical skills for processing information. • Ability to proactively solve problems and make efficient decisions in challenging situations. • Familiarity with ISO 45001 standard and Occupational Safety and Health Law is desirable. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Participate in the development and approval of policies, plans, and programs promoting occupational safety and health to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses. • Maintain up-to-date risk identification and evaluation matrices (IPERC) across all company areas, and propose appropriate preventive measures to ensure a safe working environment. • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulation, providing safety-related training and capacity building to staff. • Investigate and report plant accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence. • Maintain updated records of incidents, accidents, inspections, and compliance with the occupational safety and health training plan. • Keep facility safety and evacuation blueprints current and handle municipal permit procedures. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
