




Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil/Structural Engineering Manager to lead the comprehensive technical development of projects, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance for tensile structures and metal structures. A Peruvian company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of tensile structures, geodesic domes, arch roofs, and metal structures is looking for a Civil/Structural Engineering Manager responsible for the comprehensive technical development of our projects nationwide. Position Objective Lead the engineering department, ensuring the proper development of structural calculation reports, fabrication and installation drawings, and guaranteeing technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and construction feasibility of projects. Main Responsibilities Prepare and supervise structural calculation reports. Develop engineering, fabrication, and assembly drawings. Coordinate with production and site teams to ensure correct technical execution. Review and validate project technical documentation. Perform integration and compatibility checks among design, fabrication, and installation. Ensure compliance with regulations (E.030, ASTM, etc.). Provide on-site technical support to address observations or adjustments. Lead the generation of technical dossiers and quality documentation. Propose design improvements to optimize costs and execution. Required Profile Licensed and registered Civil Engineer (licensing preferred). Minimum 5–8 years of experience in structural design. Experience in: Metal structures Roofing systems, tensile structures, or similar systems Proficiency in: Structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS or similar) AutoCAD (mandatory) Experience in preparing: Structural calculation reports Fabrication and installation drawings Knowledge of Peruvian regulations (RNE) and technical standards. Ability to coordinate with production and site teams.
