Opportunity for career progression in the short and medium term We are seeking professionals from diverse technical or university backgrounds who have studied **Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management**, to fill the position of **SIG Supervisor**, with opportunities for development; we are currently experiencing high demand and growth. Prior experience in the logistics sector is desirable, with a minimum of **1 year of experience**. **1. JOB OBJECTIVE** Support the implementation, monitoring, and control of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures in logistics operations, in order to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses, and minimize environmental impacts. **2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in executing the annual SSOMA plan. * Support hazard identification, risk assessment and control (IPERC). * Supervise compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in operational areas. * Participate in safety inspections, drills, and training sessions. * Monitor incident, accident, and unsafe act reports. **3. CANDIDATE PROFILE** ***Academic Qualifications*** * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. ***Experience*** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions, preferably within logistics, transportation, warehousing, or related sectors. ***Knowledge*** * Legal regulations on occupational safety and health (Law No. 29783 and its regulations) * First aid and fire-fighting techniques. * Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of SIG or safety management software is desirable. **4. POSITION CONDITIONS** * Must reside in Arequipa. * Work location: Logistics center or warehouse (on-site). * Working hours: Full-time, with possibility of rotating shifts. * Intermittent employment contract. **5.
