Training Analyst

Job Summary: Coordinate and carry out the development of nationwide training programs, manage suppliers, and support onboarding and internal communication. Key Highlights: 1. At GRUPO CARSA — specialists in home appliance and motorcycle sales — we are undergoing a growth phase, operating over 100 stores nationwide under the brands **CARSA, EL GALLO MAS GALLO, MARCIMEX, and CARSA MOTOS**. We are seeking top talent to fill the position of: Training Analyst What will your responsibilities be? - Coordinate and implement training programs for all our stores nationwide. - Coordinate and schedule training sessions with various suppliers (product brands in general). - Maintain control and records of completed training sessions. - Prepare and present training performance indicators. - Conduct in-person store visits and deliver training as needed (travel expenses covered). - Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires at Point-of-Sale locations and the Head Office. - Support the internal communications team and perform other duties as required by the role. What are we looking for? - University graduate or bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience delivering training programs. - Experience developing HR performance indicators. - Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. - Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. - Experience using an ERP system (preferred).
