Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise transportation and distribution operations, ensuring route compliance and effective management of documentation and personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of transportation and logistics operations 2. Personnel management and coordination with various departments 3. Verification and control of documentation and procedures **Requirements:** * Valid DNI or Foreigner's ID Card * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering * 1 year of experience in this position or similar roles * Familiarity/knowledge of districts in Lima * Experience managing personnel (drivers) * Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, etc. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in Villa El Salvador on monthly rotating shifts **Responsibilities:** * Schedule daily transportation and distribution operations (local and national deliveries and returns) * Coordinate with drivers, the dispatch department, and internal customers to ensure route schedule compliance * Verify route settlements * Verify and control the conformity of all required documentation for transport vehicles and drivers * Maintain an updated archive of all documentation related to transport vehicles and drivers * Verify driver and assistant training compliance * Ensure compliance with dispatch and order distribution procedures * Inspect internal and external vehicle conditions * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or next level of management **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration from day one (100% statutory benefits) * Bonus payments, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation, and profit-sharing * ESSALUD, SCTR * Partially subsidized meals * Family allowance * Statutory life insurance * Half-day off on your birthday * Training courses, certifications, and workshops * Job stability within a solid and reputable company * Career path and growth opportunities * Corporate discounts and loans * Growth opportunity **Working Hours:** Monthly rotating shifts — Day shift: Monday to Saturday, 7 AM \- 4 PM / Night shift: 8 PM to 5 AM **Salary:** 1800 soles **Location:** Villa Salvador Salary: Up to S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
