We are looking for a **Transport Coordinator**, an **organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual**, who will coordinate and supervise transportation operations, ensuring service schedule compliance, efficient fleet utilization, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and control operations to ensure fleet and driver availability, execute and adjust the daily plan, and coordinate third-party units. * Monitor service delivery by tracking routes, timing, returns, and incidents, and propose improvements to reduce costs and increase profitability. * Manage drivers and third-party providers, supervising compliance with regulations, safety, performance, and fleet rotation according to demand. * Maintain documentation for each trip and ensure operational closures in the system, including incidents and necessary adjustments. * Supervise periodic physical inventory counts of stored materials, as well as picking and dispatch activities for customer deliveries. * Prepare operational performance reports, monitor returns and fleet usage, and propose continuous improvement actions for routes, shifts, and procedures.
