Position Summary: We are seeking a Central Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator to lead warehouse, dispatch, and inventory management, optimize processes, and ensure operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead warehouse, dispatch, and inventory management across all locations. 2. Optimize capacity, distribution, and resource utilization, ensuring continuity. 3. Manage KPIs and process improvements to optimize costs and productivity. On behalf of our client, we are looking to add talent for the following position: **CENTRAL WAREHOUSE AND DISPATCH COORDINATOR** \- A well-established business group in the Construction and Hardware sector. **Responsibilities:** \- Lead warehouse, dispatch, and inventory management across all locations. \- Optimize capacity, distribution, and resource utilization to ensure operational continuity. \- Supervise receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and transfer processes. \- Manage KPIs and process improvements to optimize costs, cycle times, and productivity. \- Coordinate with various company departments to ensure timely fulfillment of operational requirements. \- Coordinate with Procurement, Marketing, and related departments on planning of incoming goods, replenishments, imports, and requirements. \- Ensure compliance with safety, organization, and operational control standards. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economics. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. \- Postgraduate diploma in Supply Chain. \- Experience with WMS and TMS. \- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. \- Experience with inventory control systems, including Ofisis.
