Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Assistant to support The Coffee’s logistics operations, including order preparation, store replenishment, and warehouse organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in order dispatch, order preparation, and store replenishment. 2. Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and mobile storage areas. 3. Assist with physical inventory counts and supplier deliveries. At **CREAN Investments**, we are looking for a **Warehouse Assistant** to support the logistics operations of **The Coffee**, our international specialty coffee shop chain. We seek an organized, proactive individual willing to assist in order preparation, store replenishment, and warehouse organization. **Responsibilities:** \- Support in order dispatch and preparation. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper product placement in mobile storage areas and the warehouse. \- Assist with physical inventory counts. \- Assist with physical supplier deliveries (verifying quantities against delivery checklists, inspecting expiration dates, and validating product quality per the provided standard). \- Provide support during loading and unloading of goods. \- Assist in setup and dismantling of equipment for events, as required. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education (preferred). \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (preferred). \- Availability to work on-site. \- Organized, responsible individual with ability to work effectively in a team. **Working Conditions:** \- Schedule: Monday \- Wednesday \- Friday (*7:30am to 1:30pm*) \- Location: Surquillo \- Mode: On-site **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits. \- Monthly consumption bonus redeemable at our stores. \- Positive work environment. \- Learning opportunities in logistics and distribution operations.
