Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to maintain order, cleanliness, and inventory control, ensuring inventory accuracy and reporting replenishment needs. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of stock replenishment with the purchasing team **Primary Objective:** Maintain an orderly, clean, and controlled warehouse, ensuring physical inventory matches system records and providing reliable information for stock replenishment. **Essential Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Warehouse Operator, Warehouse Assistant, or similar position. * Completed secondary education. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability to handle loading and unloading of goods. * Ability to work in an organized manner and maintain inventory control. * Technical or university studies (not mandatory). * Experience in hardware stores or companies trading materials and tools. **Main Responsibilities Identified:** * Organize and maintain warehouse order. * Conduct physical inventory counts. * Monitor discrepancies between physical stock and system records. * Report replenishment needs. * Coordinate with the purchasing manager for supply fulfillment. * Maintain warehouse cleanliness. * Loading and unloading of goods. * Support internal logistics. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday * Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * 1-hour lunch break **Industry:** Hardware Store **Location:** Jr. Barreda y Aguilar No. 320 – Rímac, Lima **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Included lunch (subject to availability). * Opportunity for salary growth based on performance after the first 3 months. * Job stability.
