Coordination of warehouse team tasks and space optimization **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** to support and lead logistics management, inventory control, goods receipt, and dispatch. We seek an organized, proactive individual with solid expertise in inventory control, storage methods, and personnel management. **Responsibilities** * Supervise goods receipt and dispatch; maintain up-to-date physical and system stock records; conduct daily inventories; identify discrepancies or damaged items; apply FIFO/FEFO methods. * Verify quantities, quality, and condition of received products against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices; report incidents or damaged items. * Prepare store orders; verify quantities, delivery routes, and assigned drivers; issue corresponding delivery notes; manage returns. * Assign warehouse team tasks; supervise adherence to schedules and training on organization and storage. * Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, optimizing space usage according to product type and turnover rate. * Coordinate payment schedules with Treasury; inform Accounting about invoices; maintain communication with suppliers. * Record receipts and dispatches; prepare movement reports; report stockouts, overstock, or expiring items. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in similar roles, preferably in food service, restaurants, or retail companies. * Knowledge of **inventory control methods (FIFO/FEFO)**, product rotation, and storage standards. * **Advanced** proficiency in office tools such as Excel. * Organizational, orderly, and responsible attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Work Location: On-site employment IN CHORRILLOS** Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
