Join us and become part of a company that champions innovation, sustainability, and professional development. **The Operations Supervisor** will be responsible for efficiently managing the assigned process, ensuring proper planning and allocation of personnel and resources to achieve operational objectives. They will serve as the primary communication channel between the customer and Maersk, leading work teams with energy, empathy, and clarity, while safeguarding compliance with the company’s quality standards to deliver excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the team’s daily activities, ensuring task completion, adherence to procedures, and compliance with operational standards. * Manage and monitor performance indicators, productivity, KPIs, and operational costs, ensuring operational profitability. * Efficiently manage workload, shift scheduling, and resource allocation according to production schedules. * Lead staff training on processes, SOPs, productivity, inventory management, and warehouse best practices. * Ensure compliance with safety, HSSE, self-care, and appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Coordinate key operations such as picking, audits, cycle counts, and cargo security control. * Prepare, maintain, and report operational documentation, customer and Maersk reports—including billing and metrics. * Promote continuous improvement of the assigned process, fostering a culture of efficiency, order, and safe work practices. **Job Requirements** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. *(Desirable: Master’s degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Operations, or Process Management)* . * Basic English proficiency (desirable). * Minimum 3 years of experience in operational or supervisory roles within Logistics or Operations departments (not mandatory). * Technical knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse operations, performance indicators (KPIs), continuous improvement, and occupational health and safety regulations. * Effective team leadership, results orientation, and analytical capability for decision-making, with clear communication, adaptability to change, resilience, and conflict management skills—acting ethically, focusing on quality, and aligning with Maersk’s values and Compliance standards. \#LI\-MR2 Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
