Prior experience is not required; only eagerness to learn and commitment to the job. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Preferably residing in areas near Puente Piedra * Responsibility, punctuality, and positive attitude * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions **Responsibilities:** * Support in welding tasks and metal structures * Preparation of materials and tools * Cleaning and organizing the work area * Assisting the lead welder in technical tasks * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **Benefits:** * On-the-job training * Bi-weekly, monthly, and timely payments * Career path opportunity * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you currently live in Puente Piedra or nearby areas? * Do you have prior experience in welding or metal-mechanical work?
