Job Summary: Maersk is seeking a WHS Planning Leader to comprehensively plan and coordinate Distribution Center operations, ensuring synchronization and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Our mission is to simplify supply chains and deliver integrated solutions that drive our customers’ growth.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Join us and become part of a company committed to innovation, sustainability, and professional development.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **As the WHS Planning Leader, you will be responsible for comprehensively planning and coordinating Distribution Center operations, ensuring appropriate synchronization among demand, inventory, capacity, and resources to guarantee service level compliance, optimize operations, and drive continuous improvement.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Operational Planning:** **Develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans, anticipating volumes, capacity, resources, and operational risks.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Inbound Planning:** **Manage receiving scheduling, coordinating appointment windows, customer priorities, and storage capacity.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Inventory Planning:** **Optimize slotting, locations, and storage capacity according to operational requirements.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Replenishment Planning:** **Generate replenishment plans and prioritize movements to ensure continuity and productivity of picking.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Outbound Planning:** **Balance workloads and resources across picking, staging, and dispatching to ensure on-time delivery and service level compliance.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Performance Management:** **Monitor productivity, capacity, inventory, and service levels using KPIs, reports, and dashboards, identifying deviations and corrective actions.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Continuous Improvement:** **Lead optimization, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Operational Management:** **Ensure efficient use of assets and resources, adherence to procedures, BPA, 5S, and operational standards.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Safety and Compliance:** **Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, Asset Security, Compliance, and corporate policy requirements.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **What We Are Looking For** --------------------------- * **Education:** **Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
