Job Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Operator - Lathe Operator to interpret blueprints, operate machine tools such as lathes and milling machines, weld components, and assemble parts. We are currently recruiting 1 Workshop Operator - Lathe Operator who meets the following requirements: · Graduate of technical programs such as welding, Mechanical Machine Tools, Maintenance Mechanics, Production Mechanics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience. Knowledge of machine tools, especially lathes. Availability to work in Cajamarca. · BENEFITS Formal employment registration from day one. Mobility allowance. Interpret blueprints and tolerance tables according to coordination with the supervisor. 3. Complete assembly and hydraulic testing protocols. 4. Operate and perform machining using a lathe. 5. Operate and perform machining using a milling machine. 6. Weld components requiring repair. 7. Deburring, evaluation, and assembly of rotating components. 8. Installation of Expander pins and follow-up. 9.
