Positive work environment within a solid and growing institution **EMPLOYMENT ANNOUNCEMENT** **Academic Coordinator – Early Childhood and Primary Education Levels** Location: Puente Piedra Prestigious Educational Institution Our educational institution, recognized for its academic excellence and holistic education, is seeking an **Academic Coordinator** committed to continuous improvement and educational quality at the **Early Childhood and Primary Education** levels. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed educator, bachelor’s degree holder, or final-cycle student in Education (specializing in Early Childhood, Primary Education, or related fields). * Prior experience or similar positions. * Knowledge of the **National Curriculum for Basic Education**. * Proficiency in innovative pedagogical strategies and formative assessment. * Leadership, communication skills, and teamwork abilities. * Proficiency in digital educational tools. * Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, and supervise academic development for Early Childhood and Primary Education levels. * Support and monitor teacher performance, providing pedagogical feedback. * Coordinate the development and implementation of the annual curricular plan, units, and lesson sessions. * Promote the implementation of active and innovative methodologies. * Supervise achievement of learning objectives and educational standards. * Manage academic meetings with teachers and school leadership. * Analyze academic results and propose improvement plans. * Ensure a healthy institutional climate and positive school coexistence. * Coordinate with the psychopedagogical team to provide comprehensive student support. * Organize training sessions and professional development opportunities for teachers. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Pedagogical leadership * Collaborative work * Assertive communication * Conflict resolution * Results orientation * Educational innovation **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity to join a solid and growing institution. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 7:20 am to 5:00 pm Saturdays: 7:40 am to 1:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,250.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
