We are currently seeking 1 Administrative Assistant. Requirements: * Technical graduates in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields, and/or health-related disciplines. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within healthcare institutions. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work in Villa María del Triunfo. Responsibilities: * Organize and file clinical records and administrative documents. * Register and update patient information in the system. * Prepare reports, internal documentation, and official reports. * Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and other administrative departments. * Support the organization of meetings or institutional activities.
