We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with a strong commitment to safety and quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain the training database up to date. * Schedule internal and/or external training sessions. * Coordinate training schedules with staff. * Coordinate with various departments for training implementation. * Send alerts regarding upcoming training expirations. **Requirements:** * Final-year student or bachelor's degree holder in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Competencies and Skills:** * Leadership * Organization * Effective communication * Conflict resolution * Proactivity * Discipline * Ability to work under pressure * Commitment to safety and quality **We Offer:** * Payroll registration (optional if applicable) * Positive work environment * Professional development opportunity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
