Coordinates with disciplines and detects clashes **WE ARE HIRING!** **BIM ARCHITECTURAL MODELER** An engineering and construction company is seeking a BIM Architectural Modeler to join our technical team and participate in the development of public hospital and school projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Autodesk BIM / Revit certifications **Working Hours and Modality:** * Monday to Friday, 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. * Saturday, 8 A.M. to 1 P.M. * On-site work, Lima. **Responsibilities:** * Develops and updates BIM models in Revit. * Produces architectural drawings and construction details. * Performs quantity take-offs and documentation. * Generates renders and 3D views for project presentations. * Coordinates with disciplines and detects clashes. **Send CV to:** convocatoria@atsconstructora.com Work Location: On-site employment
