Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Operator to maintain hygiene and order across various areas of a prestigious educational institution, reporting malfunctions and supporting diverse activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, corridors, classrooms, rooms, offices, and courtyards. 2. Clean assigned windows, glass surfaces, and restrooms. 3. Report any malfunctions and assist in the transportation of materials. We are a nationally renowned educational institution currently seeking a new team member to fill the position of Cleaning Operator. Requirements: * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in similar positions. Responsibilities: * Perform cleaning of assigned sidewalks, corridors, and common areas. * Perform cleaning of assigned restrooms. * Perform cleaning of assigned environments (classrooms, rooms and/or offices, courtyards, etc.). * Conduct constant verification of cleanliness in assigned areas. * Clean fans in assigned areas. * Clean windows and glass surfaces in assigned areas. * Report any malfunctions to immediate supervision (verify status of electrical outlets, fluorescent lights, fans, doors, chalkboards, restrooms, etc.). * Remain attentive to any instructions required by department or immediate supervisors. Clean assigned waste containers. * Clean floor tiles, washroom countertops, and mirrors in assigned areas. * Clean benches and assigned metal partitions. * Clean interior and exterior walls, beams, and columns of the work area. * Perform detailed cleaning of interior and exterior walls, chairs, tables, desks, etc. * Clean assigned metal grilles. * Clean awnings, umbrellas, and/or their supporting structures. * Support department heads as needed in moving or transporting materials. * Assist the maintenance department in any activities requiring support. Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm OR 9:00 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Position Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,400.00 per month
