Position Summary: We are seeking a painter with experience in civil construction projects, proficient in various painting and surface preparation techniques. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in interior and exterior wall painting using various techniques 2. Knowledge of types of paint and coatings 3. Experience in surface preparation and scaffolding work **Requirements:** * **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a painter in civil construction projects, buildings, universities, schools, houses, etc. (to be verified with employment certificates). * Experience in interior and exterior wall painting, use of rollers, brushes, and spray guns, spackling, sanding, sealing, surface preparation, and scaffolding work. * Preferably trained in wall, wood, and metal painting courses. * Knowledge of types of paint and coatings (latex, enamel, varnish, epoxy, etc.). * No criminal or police records (CERTIADULTO certificate required). * Applicants must be over 30 years of age.
