Job Summary: We are seeking experienced construction workers to perform high-precision technical work, supervise personnel, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform high-precision technical work across various specialties. 2. Supervise and guide personnel under supervision in construction tasks. 3. Ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards. Our company is urgently seeking construction workers for the Barranca area: **Responsibilities:** * Perform high-precision technical work within their specialty (reinforcement steelwork, masonry, formwork, concrete, plastering, structural work, etc.). * Accurately interpret construction drawings, levels, measurements, and specifications. * Supervise and guide personnel under supervision (skilled workers and assistants). * Verify the quality of completed work and report observations or improvement suggestions to the site foreman. * Comply with and enforce the company's established safety, health, and environmental regulations. * Report incidents, unsafe conditions, or damage to tools or materials. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of assigned resources. * Participate in operational meetings and daily safety briefings. * Ensure achievement of production targets at their assigned work front. * Support the site foreman or resident engineer in verifying progress and controlling material usage. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a construction worker on construction sites or with contracting firms. **Immediate availability** Employment type: Full-time Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,800\.00 \- S/.3,300\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
