We are a leading company in the **hardware industry**, specializing in large-scale distribution and commercialization of **PVC pipes and fittings** for construction, sanitation, water supply, and electrical projects. We are experiencing continuous growth and seek to incorporate new members into our operations team. What will be your responsibilities? **Logistics and Delivery of PVC Pipes** * Assist in the proper picking, counting, and loading of PVC pipes and their fittings onto delivery vehicles. * Securely and correctly stack pipes and materials in the truck to prevent deformation, cracking, bending, or loss during transport. * Accompany the driver along the route, assisting with locating delivery points and ensuring safe unloading of materials. * Collaborate in verifying waybills, invoices, and other relevant documentation for each order. * Ensure full compliance with the assigned route within each client’s scheduled time window. **Customer Service and Collections** * Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor when delivering products to customers (e.g., construction foremen, hardware store owners, etc.). * Relay any customer complaints, returns, or special requests to the driver for appropriate follow-up. * Support the driver in daily cash collection control and settlement for deliveries. **Incident Management and Vehicle Maintenance** * Ensure customer signature and stamp of acceptance on delivery documents. * Promptly report any anomalies or disruptions encountered along the route. * Assist with cleaning, organizing, and refueling the transport vehicle, reporting any mechanical defects. * Perform other tasks assigned by management to optimize dispatch efficiency. What are we looking for? (Job Profile) * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Recommended Age:** Between 20 and 35 years old. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 months** of experience in delivery, warehouse operations, or stacking (preferably involving construction materials, hardware, pipes, or heavy cargo). * **Physical Condition:** **Excellent physical condition**, essential for manual loading, unloading, and handling of PVC pipes of various dimensions. * **Location:** Must reside in Huancayo. * **Competencies:** Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, proactivity, teamwork, and customer-service orientation.
