Job Summary: Idiomas PET seeks an English teacher to plan, organize, and deliver virtual classes, providing personalized follow-up to students and reporting progress to the Academic Coordinator. Proficiency in the Zoom virtual platform and Windows environment We are Idiomas PET, specialists in English certification. We have over 17 years of experience advising university students, graduates, professionals, and executives on the English language. RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and organize class sessions * Deliver virtual classes to our students. * Provide personalized follow-up to students and monitor their progress. * Adhere to the scheduled timetable for each session and report progress to the Academic Coordinator. * Attend training sessions as scheduled by the Academic Coordination team. REQUIREMENTS * Advanced level of native English or equivalent (C1 or C2), preferably certified by Cambridge or Michigan International Exams * Knowledge of another language is considered a plus. * Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at universities, higher institutes of English, or academically rigorous schools with proven English standards. * Prior experience in preparing students for INTERNATIONAL EXAMS. * Technical diploma, undergraduate degree, bachelor's degree, or teaching license in Education with specialization in Languages. * Punctual, proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic teacher. * Teamwork skills, commitment, and responsibility regarding teaching schedules. * Initiative in resolving classroom issues and addressing student questions. * Effective communication at all levels * Leadership and strong emotional intelligence. * Interpersonal skills to motivate students. * Proficiency in the Zoom virtual platform and Windows environment. * Availability to work on ROTATING SCHEDULES or as a substitute teacher. ROTATING SCHEDULES * Monday to Friday: 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM * Saturdays: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and/or 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM * Sundays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and/or 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM IMPORTANT: The teacher must be AVAILABLE TO WORK on ROTATING SCHEDULES as detailed above. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: S/.22.00 - S/.23.00 per hour Work Location: Remote employment
