Proficiency in Office software, proactivity, and attention to detail **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** **Location: Central Office – Manco Cápac 551** **Salary: S/ 1,130** We are currently looking for a **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** to join our team. **Objective:** To provide operational support in documentation management, administrative procedures, and employee assistance, ensuring order and confidentiality of Human Resources department information. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong learning ability and high attention to detail. * Good communication skills and courteous demeanor. * Proactivity and willingness to work under pressure. **Main Responsibilities:** · **Payroll Preparation:** Support in calculating remunerative items (overtime, bonuses, deductions). · **Benefits Management:** Calculation of bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay), vacation entitlements, and final settlements. · **Administrative Procedures:** PLAME filing, AFPnet submissions, and registration/deregistration in T\-Registro. · **Employee Assistance:** Resolving employee labor-related inquiries and maintaining physical and digital archives. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:24 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (48 hours per week) * **Lunch Break:** 1 hour **Employment Type:** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
