Responsibilities: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the computer infrastructure, both at the office and in stores. \- Provide support for various applications and software programs used by end users. \- Maintain daily incident records up to date. Update antivirus console and verify information security measures. \- Implement network connection points. \- Request quotations from suppliers for purchasing computer products and supplies. \- Collaborate as part of a team to achieve goals and perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Formal employment with all statutory benefits. \- Punctuality, effective communication, teamwork, and strong sense of responsibility. \- Basic knowledge: SQL databases, Windows servers and operating systems, CCTV equipment, networks, Windows, Office, internet, remote or on-site application support, printers, routers, Wi-Fi, DVR video cameras, antivirus. \- Availability to work Monday to Friday and Saturday noon.
