Opportunity for career progression Kitchen Assistant (Cafeteria) **Job Description** We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant for the hot dishes section, responsible for assembling, plating, and final presentation of dishes. **Responsibilities** * Assembling and plating hot dishes. * Assisting in the preparation of hot meals. * Performing mise en place. * Verifying portion sizes and final presentation. * Coordinating with the kitchen team during service. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the area. * Assisting in inventory control and preservation. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant. * Culinary studies (preferred). * Knowledge of plating and food production. * Valid health certificate or one currently being processed. **Benefits** * Meals provided. * Overtime pay. * Performance bonus. * Career progression path. * MYPE payroll registration. **Schedule** * Monday to Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * Days off: Monday to Thursday Send your CV to 925 274 746 Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
