If you have a service-oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply! **Kitchen Assistant with experience in food cutting** **Start Date:** Immediate **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation and production. * Perform meat and vegetable cuts as required. * Prepare ingredients in advance. * Assist in preparing menu items, fast food, and soups. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper food handling in the kitchen area. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years’ experience as a kitchen assistant**. * Knowledge of: meat and vegetable cutting techniques, types of food preparation and kitchen production. * Experience in fast-food preparation. * Experience preparing soups and à la carte dishes. * Culinary training or practical (empirical) experience. * Responsible, proactive individual capable of working under pressure. * Immediate availability. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (with a 1-hour break, coordinated internally). * **Salary:** S/ 1,300 per month. * **Start Date:** Immediate. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Gender: Male * Positive attitude, strong commitment, and willingness to support various kitchen tasks.
