Job Summary: We are seeking Kitchen Assistants with experience in wok and stir-fry preparations to support kitchen production and operations. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for **Kitchen Assistants** to support kitchen production, preparation, and smooth operational functioning. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the production and preparation of ingredients for menu items. * Perform **mise en place** according to established standards. * Prepare **stir-fries and wok dishes**. * Cut, portion, and prepare required ingredients. * Maintain a well-stocked and organized workstation. * Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant**. * Minimum of **6 months of experience in the culinary sector**. * Studies in **Culinary Arts**, incomplete or completed. * Experience or knowledge of **wok and stir-fry techniques**. * Ability to work under pressure, maintain order and speed, and collaborate effectively in a team. * Proactivity, honesty, and punctuality. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday and Sunday: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. **Days Off:** Monday to Wednesday **Benefits:** * MYPE payroll registration. * Meals provided. * Career development path. * Positive work environment. * **25% corporate discount**. **Contact: 977456177 (send CV via WhatsApp)** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
