We value attitude, responsibility, and commitment We seek individuals with production experience or background who wish to learn and grow in the printing industry. **(Male candidates preferred)** **Responsibilities:** * Operate printing machines (large-format printing, UV printing). * Handle equipment such as laminators and cutters. * Assist with finishing and assembly. * Ensure quality for every job. **Requirements:** **Option 1: With experience** * Experience operating printing, cutting, or laminating machines. * Knowledge of materials (vinyl, banners, etc.). **Option 2: No large-format experience** * Production experience (printing shops, workshops, manufacturing, etc.). * Genuine willingness to learn. **We offer:** * Continuous training. * Stable employment. * Career growth path. **Important:** * We value attitude, responsibility, and commitment more than experience. **Preferred residence areas:** Zarate, Campoy, El Agustino, Ate, Santa Anita, Huachipa, Chosica.
