Knowledge of BPM, HACCP, and inventory control We are seeking a top-tier Restaurant Operations Assistant. \* Proactive, organized, with knowledge of restaurant and hotel management; preferably a graduate of administrative management programs for restaurants and hotels or related fields, available and willing to work. Must possess knowledge of restaurant operations supervision, BPM, and HACCP at the restaurant level, have strong presence, be capable of leading high-performance teams, understand inventory control, and possess intermediate-level Excel skills. Cooperative, eager to learn, able to work in teams, solve problems, and execute management instructions! Working hours: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
