Strict use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures **Waste Stacker Operator (Mining)** **Job Description** We are looking for **Manual Stacker Operators** to collect, segregate, and transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste across various mining units (Bateas, Zafranal, Veta Dorada, Inmaculada, Arcata, Lupi, among others). The objective is to ensure proper waste handling under the highest standards of safety and environmental care. **Main Responsibilities** * **Collection and Stacking:** Manual loading and unloading of solid waste (bags, cylinders, containers). * **Source Segregation:** Classification of hazardous and non-hazardous waste according to current regulations and color-coding standards. * **Area Cleaning:** Maintenance and cleaning of recycling stations and waste collection points at mining sites. * **Logistical Support:** Transport of materials to final disposal zones or treatment plants. * **Safety:** Strict use of full PPE and adherence to safety procedures (PETS). **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a stacker or general assistant; experience in the mining or industrial sector is preferred. * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Certifications:** Completion of a Solid Waste Management course and/or MATPEL Level I is desirable. * **Health:** Valid occupational medical examination (Annex 16\) for work at heights (mandatory for mining units). * **Availability:** Willingness to work under mining work schedules (e.g., 6x1, 14x7, or 20x10\) and perform continuous physical effort. **Benefits** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation leave). * 100% company-covered transportation, accommodation, and meals at the mining unit. * SCTR and Statutory Life Insurance from day one. * Timely payments and a positive work environment. \*\*\*INTERESTED CANDIDATES PLEASE SEND CV TO 953069545\*\*\* Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
