Job Summary: We are seeking an operator for rotational tasks across areas such as potato peeling, cutting, and bagging, requiring optimal physical condition. Key Highlights: 1. Operational role with rotation among potato peeling, cutting, and bagging. 2. Tasks include transporting and processing potatoes using machinery. 3. Opportunity for salary increase based on performance and commitment. **Requirements:** * Willingness to work in a strictly operational environment. * Willingness to work 8 hours per day. * Age between 18 and 28. * Must reside near areas adjacent to the workplace (Pachacutec, Alto Libertad, or the Mormon Church). * Excellent physical condition. **Responsibilities:** * Rotation across areas: peeling, cutting, and bagging. * Transporting potatoes to the cutting area. * Cutting potatoes using automatic cutting machines. * Bagging cut potatoes into 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg bags according to customer orders. **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday: 6:00 am \- 3:00 pm. *(Rotating breaks between Monday and Thursday).* Lunch break: 45 minutes for meals. **Benefits:** * Payment via honorarium receipt for the first 3 months. * POSSIBILITY: Starting from the 3rd month, salary may be increased based on empathy, commitment, and responsibility. * Formal payroll enrollment under the MYPE regime starting from the 4th month. * Coverage under SIS, full family allowance, and 50% bonus payment. * 15 days of annual vacation. * Employment duration of 8\-12 months.
