Job Summary: We are seeking a Food Engineer or Food Industry Engineer for the Quality Department, responsible for sampling, analysis, and compliance with food safety regulations during production. REQUIREMENTS * University graduate or bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or Food Industries. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the Quality Department of food processing companies. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Comprehensive knowledge of GMP/SSOP/HACCP. * Preferably residing in districts near Ate, Santa Anita, or La Molina. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform laboratory sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, recording results promptly and reliably. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and other established quality procedures. * Ensure that product quality and safety specifications (process parameters, presentation, labeling, etc.) are met during production. * Prepare and send samples to external laboratories when required. * Train staff on food safety-related topics. * Draft documents related to the Quality Department. * Other duties as assigned. Working Hours: Monday–Friday 7:30 am \- 5:56 pm; Saturday 7:30 am \- 1:00 pm We Offer: \* Payroll employment under MYPE plan (AFP, health insurance, and 15 days of vacation). \* Timely salary payment. \* Appropriate compensation for overtime hours.
