Group**, a leading construction-sector company with over 12 years of experience, is seeking a **QUALITY MANAGER** willing to take on new challenges and join high-impact projects in the city of APURIMAC. Requirements: * Registered and licensed Civil Engineer. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a quality engineer on construction sites; minimum of 2 years’ overall experience in construction execution. * Experience in building construction projects (schools, hospitals, or public infrastructure) *(desirable)* Responsibilities: * Supervise that works comply with drawings and quality standards. * Develop and control the **Construction Quality Plan**. * Conduct inspections and control construction processes. * Verify materials (tests, certificates, technical data sheets). * Manage non-conformities and propose corrective actions. * Maintain documentary control (protocols, reports, dossiers). * Coordinate quality-related matters with site teams, supervision, and clients. * Ensure compliance with regulations. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Worksite location: IE CEMA MARA // COTABAMBAS \- APURÍMAC **What We Offer** * Competitive market-aligned remuneration. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Participation in nationally high-impact projects. * Excellent work environment and organizational culture. * Opportunities for training and professional development.
