Job Summary: We are seeking responsible individuals with excellent customer service skills to receive, guide, and assist students and visitors, while managing access control and supporting security at a shooting range. Key Responsibilities: 1. Friendly and helpful assistance to students and visitors 2. Security support and access control at the shooting range 3. Opportunities for growth and training ***At AX ARCHERY, we seek responsible individuals with excellent customer service skills to receive and guide our students and visitors, manage facility access, and support shooting range security***. ***Schedule:*** *Saturday and Sunday: 8:40 am to 5:40 pm* **Salary:** *S/ 400 soles per month* ***Responsibilities:*** * **Reception:** Greet, guide, and provide friendly service to students, visitors, and the general public upon arrival at the facility, offering basic information and directing them to appropriate areas. * **Assist with setup and breakdown** of the shooting range before and after each session. * Access control and supervision of the safety line. * Guide the public on permitted routes, waiting zones, and available services. * Secure the shooting area and manage crowd containment in designated zones. * Actively prevent unauthorized crossings into the shooting range and redirect people via safe routes. ***Requirements:*** * Candidates with a positive attitude and strong willingness to work. * Completed secondary education and/or completed or incomplete technical studies. * Minimum 3 months of experience in this role (preferred); however, if you lack the required experience but are highly motivated to work, you may still apply—we will provide training. * Sports participation is a plus. ***Opportunities:*** * Career growth opportunities * Formal employment registration * Training programs * Discounts on our activities Application Question(s): * Can you work outdoors and remain mobile for most of your shift? * How would you describe your punctuality? * Have you reviewed the schedule and salary?
