Position Summary: We are seeking an early childhood teacher to support students' holistic development, develop teaching materials, and foster skill-building and socialization activities. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the holistic development of students. 2. Promote skill-building, socialization, and exploration activities. 3. Maintain frequent and respectful dialogue with parents/guardians. **2025 TEACHING STAFF RECRUITMENT** We are recruiting teachers for **all subject areas** at the **Early Childhood Education** level. * Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in public or private schools. * Bachelor's degree in Education relevant to the subject area. * In-depth subject-matter knowledge, pedagogical expertise, and participation in professional development, specialization, or postgraduate studies. * Experience designing and delivering lesson sessions, developing instructional materials, creating assessment tools, and fulfilling other responsibilities inherent to teaching. * Experience addressing, monitoring, and managing situations related to school coexistence. * Proficiency in office software and digital tools at intermediate and/or advanced levels, as well as virtual teaching strategies to promote individual and cooperative learning. * Academic background in Technical Higher Education, Internship, Bachelor’s, or Licentiate degree in Early Childhood / Primary Education. * Familiarity with mainstream office software applications. * Adaptability, analytical thinking, oral communication, empathy, dynamism, and cooperation. * Availability to work in Lima, SAN JUAN DE LURIGANCHO. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure students’ holistic development—academic, cognitive, learning-related, and emotional—grounded in the institution’s core values. * Design and implement teaching materials for planned lessons. * Promote skill-building, socialization, and exploratory activities for children. * Establish frequent, warm, and respectful dialogue with parents/guardians regarding children’s learning progress and holistic development. * Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress and provide constructive feedback. * Actively participate in coordination and implementation meetings. **Salary negotiable.** Please send your CV to jeanoropeza**@ramoncastilla.edu.pe** Phone: **903175075** Location: **Ramón Castilla School, San Juan de Lurigancho Campus.** Reference: One block before reaching Santa Rosa Station.
