Job Summary: We are seeking a Level 2 Technical Support professional for hardware and software installation, configuration, and diagnostics, with growth opportunities in technology. Formal employment under the MYPE labor regime We are looking for top talent to fill the position of **LEVEL 2 TECHNICAL SUPPORT\.** **Requirements:** · Certified Technical Professional or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related Information Technology fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience as Level 1 and/or Level 2 Technical Support\. · Basic knowledge of hardware and software \- Windows and macOS. · Proficiency with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk). · Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm at our client’s office in Magdalena del Mar (one block from the intersection of Salaverry and Javier Prado). **Responsibilities:** · Installation and configuration of software and applications. · Hardware and software diagnostics. · Replacement of components in desktop computers, laptops, projectors, printers, etc. · Formatting of computer systems. · Removal of spyware that slows down system performance. · Replacement or configuration of IP phones or headsets. · Configuration of email accounts, Dropbox, VPN, antivirus, Wi-Fi, and corporate applications on computers and mobile devices. · Diagnosis and replacement of peripherals. **Benefits:** · Formal employment under the MYPE labor regime starting from day one. · Salary above market average. · Statutory Life Insurance and SCTR. · Ongoing training. · Growth opportunities in technology.
