TECHNICIAN OR OPERATOR IN DEMOLITION AND WORK AT HEIGHT

Job Summary: We are seeking Technicians or Operators with verified experience in controlled demolition and work at height, trained in fields such as Civil Construction and Building Construction. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in controlled demolition and work at height 2. Participation in demolition projects of concrete/steel structures 3. Training in demolition techniques and safety at height Technicians or Operators with verified experience in controlled demolition and work at height are required. **Education**: * Technical diploma, Technical Professional degree, or graduation certificate in one of the following specialties: * Civil Construction. * Building Construction. * Construction Operations in Civil Works. * Metal Structures Construction. * Mechanical Engineering for Metal Structures Construction. **Experience**: * Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Technician, Operator, Foreman, and/or Site Supervisor. * Participation in projects involving controlled demolition of reinforced concrete and/or steel structures at a height equal to or greater than 6 meters. **Training**: * Minimum 16-hour course or training on demolition techniques using light and manual equipment, safe assembly and inspection of scaffolds and platforms, use of lifelines, harnesses, and anchorage points, exclusion zone signage, and/or controlled debris removal. * Must include content on PPE, fall protection systems, harness and connector inspection, lifelines, anchorage points, fall risk control, signage, and/or basic emergency response. * Maximum validity period of training: 24 months.
