Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Team Leader to lead teams, manage operations, and improve technical support processes. Key Highlights: 1. Incident resolution and decision-making TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM LEADER – KONECTA Work Location: Plaza San Martín, Downtown Lima We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Team Leader with proven expertise in team leadership and operational management, focused on achieving objectives and continuously improving technical support processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience leading technical support teams, help desks, or customer service teams. * Technical or university studies in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields (preferred). * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and IT tools. * Experience in hardware diagnostics and connectivity testing. * Proficiency in network commands (Ping, Tracert, Ipconfig, Nslookup, among others). * Familiarity with and ability to use remote access tools. * Experience in tracking and managing performance indicators (KPIs). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to train, motivate, and develop work teams. * Strong incident resolution and decision-making skills. * Willingness to work onsite at Plaza San Martín, Downtown Lima. * Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts (morning, afternoon, and overnight). **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise, direct, and support the technical support team. * Monitor adherence to management and productivity indicators. * Provide support and escalate complex incidents. * Track critical cases and ensure timely resolution. * Prepare team performance and management reports. * Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and quality standards. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Analytical ability. * Problem-solving. * Organization and planning. * Working under pressure. * Responsibility and commitment. **Benefits:** * Base salary of S/ 1,800\.00\. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * Pleasant work environment. * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
