Pleasant work environment and continuous training **TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM LEADER – KONECTA** Work Location: Plaza San Martín, Downtown Lima We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Team Leader with proven experience in team leadership and operational management, oriented toward achieving objectives and continuously improving technical support processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience leading technical support teams, help desks, or customer service teams. * Technical or university studies in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields (preferred). * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer tools. * Experience in troubleshooting and connectivity testing. * Proficiency in network commands (e.g., Ping, Tracert, Ipconfig, Nslookup, among others). * Knowledge and use of remote access tools. * Experience monitoring and managing performance indicators (KPIs). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to train, motivate, and develop work teams. * Skill in incident resolution and decision-making. * Availability to work onsite at Plaza San Martín, Downtown Lima. * Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts (morning, afternoon, and overnight). **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise, direct, and support the technical support team. * Monitor compliance with management and productivity indicators. * Provide support and escalate complex incidents. * Track critical cases and ensure timely response. * Prepare team performance and management reports. * Ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and quality standards. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Analytical ability. * Problem-solving. * Organization and planning. * Working under pressure. * Responsibility and commitment. **Benefits:** * Base salary of S/ 1,800\.00\. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * Pleasant work environment. * Continuous training. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
