We are currently seeking a **Food Laboratory Assistant**. ***PROFILE DESCRIPTION*** Academic background: * Laboratory Technician, Industrial Chemistry Technician and/or related fields. Experience: * Prior experience in the same position. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** **\-** Properly wash all materials used within your work area. \- Extract food samples. \- Complete and maintain up-to-date quality assurance system records. \- Deliver homogenized samples to the extraction department for respective analysis, accompanied by their corresponding work sheets. \- Verify proper cleaning and drying of equipment used for grinding. ***SPECIFIC PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:*** \- Possess skills and judgment required for food sample preparation. \- Act with integrity to faithfully complete records, instructions, and procedures of the Quality Management System. \- Possess fundamental knowledge of the processes performed. \- Apply good laboratory practices. **Others:** * Availability for on-site work. * Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. * Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. * Preferred: Specialization in ISO 17025.
