We are currently seeking a **Food Laboratory Assistant**. ***PROFILE DESCRIPTION*** Academic background: * Laboratory Technician, Industrial Chemistry Technician and/or related fields. Experience: * Previous experience in the same position. ***FUNCTIONS:*** **\-** Properly wash materials belonging to your work area. \- Extract food samples. \- Complete the corresponding records in the quality assurance system and keep them up to date. \- Deliver homogenized samples to the extraction department for their respective analysis, along with their corresponding work sheets. \- Verify proper cleaning and drying of materials used for grinding. ***SPECIFIC PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:*** \- Possess basic knowledge for food sample preparation. \- Apply good laboratory practices. **Others:** * Availability to work on-site. * Working hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 am to 5:30 pm. * Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm.
