Currently seeking a **Food Laboratory Assistant** ***PROFILE DESCRIPTION*** Academic background: * Laboratory Technician, Industrial Chemistry Technician and/or related fields Experience: * Previous experience in the same position. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** **\-** Properly wash materials related to their work area. \- Extract food samples. \- Complete relevant records in the quality assurance system and keep them up to date. \- Deliver homogenized samples to the extraction department for respective analysis, along with corresponding work sheets. \- Verify proper cleaning and drying of materials used for grinding. ***SPECIFIC PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:*** \- Possess basic knowledge for food sample preparation. \- Apply good laboratory practices **Others:** * Availability for on-site work. * Working hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
