Job Summary: We are seeking a laboratory assistant for the food industry, responsible for product analysis, equipment control, and compliance with good laboratory practices. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). ***URGENT HIRING FOR LABORATORY ASSISTANT \- FOOD INDUSTRY*** **REQUIREMENTS.** Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Track analyses of products in process, semi-finished, and finished products. 2\. Report deviations or non-conformities identified during analyses. 3\. Timely communicate analysis results in process to facilitate corrective actions. 4\. Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, inputs, and packaging materials according to established procedures. 5\. Record and enter analytical results data into corresponding forms and/or systems. 6\. Conduct physicochemical analyses of raw materials, products in process, and finished products. 7\. Carry out verification and control of laboratory equipment, ensuring that tracking and calibration forms are up to date. 8\. Maintain adequate knowledge and proper handling of laboratory equipment and measuring instruments. 9\. Support internal and external audits by providing records, evidence, and samples when required. 10\.
