Opportunities for growth and development within a solid company We are currently looking for a **Call Center Teleoperator** to strengthen our customer service team, focused on delivering clear and timely information about clinical laboratory services. We seek committed, empathetic individuals with a strong service orientation. **Work Location:** Av. Arequipa 1148 – Cercado de Lima Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Required Profile: * Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center; experience in healthcare or laboratory settings is preferred. * Currently pursuing or having completed technical or university studies. * Availability to work onsite. * Strong communication skills and patient orientation. Main Responsibilities: * Schedule and confirm appointments for laboratory tests. * Provide information on tests, schedules, and locations. * Handle telephone and digital channel inquiries. * Adhere to customer service and quality protocols. * Route internal calls as appropriate.
