We are growing rapidly, which is why we are looking for a CCTV operator who will serve as the face of the company in operations and deliver the highest standard of security and assistance services from our control center. **Responsibilities** · Interact politely with customers and assist them with any questions they may have. · Route external service requests from customers to the responsible departments. · Monitor pedestrian and vehicle access to assigned buildings; register visitors and suppliers prior to building entry. · Activate alarms and notify police in case of any incidents at assigned buildings. · Complete incident reports required for submission to police or municipal security forces (serenazgo). · Complete shift change reports. · Manage CCTV recordings and access logs upon customer request. **Required Skills** \- Availability to work on-site in rotating day and night shifts in the district of San Isidro \- Strong service orientation and excellent customer interaction skills \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Fluency in computer usage \- Prior experience in control centers or call centers is preferred Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,950\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Education: * Completed secondary education (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
